We also use the coaching time to look at your services including how they're positioned, how they're described, and whether they're as easy to talk about (and sell) as they could be.

Between sessions, you have direct WhatsApp access Monday to Friday, 9am–3pm. Sales conversations you're not sure how to handle, a pricing question that can't wait until your next call, a client situation you need a quick steer on - just message.

Pre-content research · every 6 months

A nosy - but very productive - deep dive into your space.

Every six months, I pick 5–10 people who are either your competitors or doing interesting things in your space and take a close look at their current marketing activity. The goal is inspiration, not imitation. It gets us talking about strategies worth testing and ideas worth adapting - and it means you never have to torture yourself scrolling through everyone else's content wondering if you're doing enough.

What you receive: a snappy report with a snapshot breakdown of 10 key takeaways and my recommendations for the next 6 months of content direction.

STAGE 2

Monthly 1:1 session

Strategy, data, and brand coaching - all in one call.

Every month we sit down together to go through your marketing report, review what's working in the data, and plan the next round of content. We also use this time for personal brand coaching - so your content stays true to who you are, not just what you do. It's also the space to raise anything you want to try, change, or lean into.

STAGE 3

Writing & production

Your emails and posts - written in your voice, ready to go.

Two copywriters craft your content based on everything we know about you - your tone, your personality, your audience, and the strategy we've agreed. This isn't templated content. It's written to sound like you on your best day. While writing is underway, we also collate the graphics and images to accompany each piece, so everything arrives as a complete, ready-to-review package.

STAGE 4

Sign-off & scheduling

One week to tweak. Then it's handled.

We deliver 4–6 weeks of content in one go. You have a full week to read through everything, suggest any edits, and let us know if anything needs adjusting. Once you're happy and sign off, we upload and schedule it all for you. Everything goes out on time without you having to lift another finger.

The result: your marketing is live, scheduled, and running in the background - 4 to 6 weeks at a time.
